Description: The French Broad River West project consists of a 1.16-mile-long greenway that runs between the West Asheville Bridge and the French Broad River Park. The greenway on the west side of the French Broad River will begin at the current French Broad Park and continue North along the river towards Haywood Road where it will connect with the New Belgium Brewery greenway currently under construction. Once completed this project will be just over 1 mile long.
